I'm still on the lookout for my watch!!! Can you at least provide some updates on where it's at or maybe throw in a discount for the delay!!

I bought a watch as a Christmas present, and during the whole ordering and payment process, they said shipping would take about 4 to 8 days. But right after I placed my order, I got an email saying that this item might take longer than expected. Apparently, limited flights are causing some international shipping delays. Now, for the last 8 days, it’s just been sitting in Australia. I reached out to FlewKoo to cancel my order since I had to get a different gift, but they told me they couldn’t refund me because the item was already shipped. They said once I get it, I could return it for a partial refund, even though their website claims a full refund. As of yesterday, you can still go to their site and order something new, and nowhere does it mention that they can’t deliver it within the promised 4 to 8 days. It’s clearly a dishonest practice. I’ve reported this to my company to reverse the charge. Just a heads up, think twice before buying from FlewKoo; it’s a very deceitful operation.

P.S. Why didn’t FlewKoo inform customers about the delay before they placed their orders? If I had known this Christmas gift wouldn’t arrive on time, I wouldn’t have ordered it. All the other online stores we dealt with were upfront about their shipping times. You can point fingers at the shipping companies for delays, but you had a chance to be honest from the start and chose not to. That’s just bad business.

I really wanted to get the watch I purchased before Christmas, and I even opted for expedited shipping, but I still haven't received it. I doubt I'll be placing another order anytime soon.

UPDATE: I received a response saying that orders typically take 4-8 days. I made my order on 12/15, and the item is still stuck in Australia! It's been over 10 days now - it would be helpful if you informed customers about the expected delivery timeframe when they place an order, so they can decide whether to go ahead or not.

This watch is awesome and looks fantastic. The instructions for the dual time display could use some improvement. I haven't managed to set it up with the instructions provided. Other than that, it's a solid buy.
